August 18, 2009--Day 1:
We arrive in the Zambezi Valley for a stay at Chongwe River Camp. You'll have your first game drive and then dinner in the outdoor dining area that overlooks the river. Animals come regularly to drink and feed near the lodge. Relax around the campfire to the sounds of the African night.

August 19 & 20, 2009--Days 2-3:
Enjoy two days of morning game walks followed by canoe trips along the Zambezi river. Evening game drives are scheduled before retiring to your tent at the Chongwe River Camp.

August 21, 2009--Day 4:
We fly to Luangwa Valley for an overnight stay at Mfuwe Lodge. This lodge is located along the Luangwa River where elephants regularly cross. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Luangwa Valley.

August 22 & 23, 2009--Days 5-6:
You'll transfer by Landrover to Chindeni Bushcamp where you'll spend the next two nights. Explore the evergreen forest on foot and observe animals of Africa from your private deck overlooking the still waters of the lagoon and surrounding hills.

August 24 & 25, 2009--Days 7-8:
We drive to Bilimungwe Camp in the heart of the National Park. The park offers superb walking safaris as well as day and evening game drives. The rustic dining area overlooks Bilimungwe's permanent watering hold which attracts abundant game and birds.

August 26 & 27, 2009--Days 9-10:
We arrive at Kapamba Bushcamp, located along the banks of the Kapamba River. This remote, pristine area of the National Park offers magnificent walking safaris. With attention to detail, you'll accommodations that include individually designed metallic gates ensuring your safety in the park, while still being able to enjoy the unspoiled views of the Kapamba River.

August 28, 2009--Day 11:
We return to Mfuwe Game Lodge for a final day of safari. Enjoy your last evening in Africa in this beautiful lodge situated in one of the continent's greatest wildlife areas.

August 29, 2009--Day 12:
We transfer back to the Mfuwe International Airport for a short flight to Lusaka before departing for home.
